With quality and comfort, this apartment is located in the peaceful and calm Guia area. The area is surrounded by vegetation and you can feel an atmosphere surrounded by nice trees and plants. At walking distance you have Casa da Guia with its impressive views over the Ocean, nice shops and good quality restaurants. There you can pick up your bike and go along the coast in a 6km biketrack ending at Guincho beach. The area invites you to go along the bike track up to Guincho beach, walking, running or by bike.
Cascais center is also at less than 5 min. by car or by bus. The area is know by it's golf courses and Guincho beach famous by the surf and kite surf type of sports. Fish is a must in the region and you have excellent quality restaurants to taste the local gastronomy and grilled fish, on the salt or inside bread.
The apartment itself is big, bright and cozy. It has a big living room that you can use to watch tv, seat in the table to enjoy a meal or just relax and read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. Kitchen is also big and well equipped with a large door to have access to the living room. There two bedrooms both using individual beds that you can have separate or together. The bathroom offers a shower. Parking is very easy in the streets surrounding as it's a quiet residential area. Wifi is available. In summary you have everything to make your Cascais stay a memorable experience.

4) THIS IS OUR SECOND EXPERIENCE IN THIS APARTMENT. IT FEELS LIKE THE APARTMENT IS NOT PROPERLY CHECKED BEFORE THE KEYS ARE HANDED OVER TO THE GUEST. EX. CLOCK IN THE KITCHEN WHICH IS DEAD SINCE LAST YEAR, THE ABOVE MENTIONED DIRTY WINDOWS, ELECTRIC IRON MISSING (WAS LATER PROVIDED UPON REQUEST), SHOWER AREA DRAIN CLOGGED, SOME PANS WITH BROKEN HANDLES, ETC.
