The swimming pool is situated on the 13th floor and the access to the apartment is done from there. You have a supermarket (SACO) in the next building. Cascais bay, with all the beaches is at less than 2Km, aprox. 15 min walking, Casa da Guia at aprox. 1 Km and Guincho Beach at 6 Km. Free parking places are available around the building.

To access the apartment you go until the top floor by elevator (13th), where the swimming pool is, and then you go up by the stairs until the 14th floor where the apartment is located (the only apartment on that floor).
Entering the apartment you have at your left side the bedroom with the modern bathroom ensuite featuring a shower cabinet. There are electric shutters from inside the apartment to close the light. For your comfort there is climatization in the bedroom, providing both hot and cold air.
